(No kidding, some go for hundreds of dollars or more per pound!) Geishas are very difficult to grow and have to be handled with extreme care, but they produce an incredible experience. As your cup cools, the flavor will gain different characteristics. It starts vibrant and bright, to floral and fruity, then cools to a chocolate forward note.
