Semi Washed? This is another term for Honey Processing, which refers to a medium amount of natural sugar left on the bean from the coffee fruit (yes coffee is a fruit) during the harvest and post-harvest processing. The orange flavor in this coffee results from that included natural sugar.

Jay Ferguson Like this blend a lot as a break from more traditional coffees.
Unexpected and nice. Light but still has character.

Erik Spletter I really like (so far) three of their roasts: Columbia, Brazil and Mexico. I've been a sucker in the past for Mexico Chiapas roasts, so I naturally like this one a lot as well. It's got just a touch of sweetness with nothing overpowering, and is equally good black or with cream, I think.
